Holiday destination
If you like to hike there is the mountain Osorčica with the highest peak of 588 meters. Osor also offers you the possibility to hunt wild boar, deers, woodcock and wild pigeons.
Interesting fact is that once the islands Cres and Lošinj were actually one island named Lošinj, before Osor channel was dug. Nowdays Osor lies at channel that separates islands Cres and Lošinj. Islands are connected with a rotating bridge. The channel was build by Romans to make sailing possible through the channel.
Getting there
House is accessible by car. Take a ferry Brestova - Porozina or Valbiska Merag to get on island Cres. Then just follow the signs leading to Osor. House address is Osor 23. There is a public parking across the street.
