Our luxuriously furnished holiday apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living-dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
From the balcony with winter garden you have an overwhelming view of the sea and mountains.
In the summer months the air conditioning in the living area and in the large bedroom ensures pleasant temperatures.
For the cooler months of the year the air conditioning can be used as a heating system. In addition, a gas stove and electric fireplace are available.
In the large bedroom there is a double bed with two separate mattresses (each 200 cm x 90 cm); in the small bedroom there are two single beds. There is enough closet space.
In the wonderful winter garden you can enjoy your stay even more during the cooler season.
Our accommodation is, as required by Spanish law, licensed by the tourism authority.
In your own interest, avoid accommodations that do not have this license!
The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with pool area, which is reserved for Montemar guests.
A grocery store and several restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity.
In Torrox-Costa (approx. 2 km away) you reach one of the longest and most beautiful beach promenades of the Costa-del-Sol.
We draw your attention to the fact that in Andalusia there can be a short interruption of the water supply from time to time.
Take a car from Malaga-airport, which is 55 km away.
