Cancellation clause: The rental agreement must be cancelled in writing by you (email, fax, mail...)
The rental agreement is binding as soon as the rental agreement signed by both parties is in your possession and the deposit (10% of the total sum) has been received by us. The remaining rental amount must be transferred 6 weeks before the start of the trip.
The keys will be sent by registered mail with proof of delivery at the latest 14 days before the start of the trip after receipt of the final payment. By signing the rental agreement, the tenant agrees to acknowledge the conditions mentioned above. The information sheet and the house rules in the annex are part of the rental agreement.

Getting there
Residenza La Baia is located in the bay of Manerba, about 2 km from the center of San Felice del Benaco. The complex offers direct access to the water including a jetty, slipway, and direct parking space for the boat trailer. There is no busy road between the complex and Lake Garda, just a footpath - so guests benefit from a very quiet atmosphere - even with small children around. The property belongs address-wise to San Felice del Benaco but is situated as an extension of San Felice del Benaco directly on the water. The small harbor of San Felice del Benaco is about a 10-minute walk away, and various restaurants/pizzerias are also within walking distance.
Other activities: Lakeside property, motorboating, buoy provided free of charge, boat rental directly in the bay of Manerba or in Portese/Salo.

Perfekt ausgestattet Wohnung. Slippanlage vorhanden. Boje vorhanden. Abstellmöglichkeiten für jetski und beiboot. Alles an einem Standort. Wunschlos glücklich. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter einwandfrei.
