Cancellation policy
The cancellation of the reservation has to have justified written reasons for the cancellation at least one month with written reasons ( e.g. death circumstances)
COVID-19 - the cancellations due the COVID-19 are not being accepted for the bookings that have been made during the pandemic outbreak from 01 of Frebruary COVID - 19. This cancellation policy applies for the guests who had realized their booking from the date 01 of February and after this date. It means that these guests were aware of the situation with COVID-19 and that they have booked on their own responsibility.
The reservations, that were realized through the year 2019 until 01 of February 2020, are covered by the policy of COVID- 19 and may be canceled before check-in ( refers for the guests that were not aware of COVID-19 at this period when the reservations were realized). Guests who cancel will have refund options for the reservations within this specific period.
The guests, as an alternative option, can reschedule their trip into the next year 2021 or receive a travel voucher.All the conditions of their previous reservation remain the same but only the dates can be shifted into another period within 2021 or another future period so that all the guests can feel more comfortable with their travelling options due to COVID-19.

The check in time is from 4 pm ( if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the villa, and check-in later upon agreement)

The house is very comfortable, the apartments are clean and very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay here. The terraces offer amazing sea views! Everything was perfect! The location is very good. It took only the footsteps to get to the restaurants, supermarkets,and it was a pleasnt walking distance to the Old town. The hosts gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. They are very kind and helpful persons.
