Ostra is a quaint town in the Marche region with around 6,000 peaceful inhabitants, simply quintessential Italy. Here you'll find everything you need for life: cozy little bars and cafes, salumerias, restaurants, pizzerias, tobacconists, newsstands, supermarkets, and a doctor… nothing stands in the way of the sweet art of doing nothing. The Adriatic coast with its long beaches is just 10 km away as the crow flies. The nearest coastal town is Senigallia, where you'll find numerous shopping options, bars, nightclubs, cafes, and restaurants, a theater, and no less than 10 km of sandy beach. Other nearby places include Corinaldo and Jesi.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung in Ostra von der ersten Minute an sehr wohlgefühlt. Schon die herzliche Begrüßung mit einer Einladung auf einen Espresso im Café war ein wunderbarer Start in unseren Urlaub.
Jens ist ein ausgesprochen aufmerksamer und herzlicher Gastgeber, der sich um alles kümmert und jederzeit ansprechbar ist. Besonders wertvoll waren seine tollen Tipps für die Umgebung. Er kennt sich bestens aus und hatte immer eine passende Empfehlung parat.
Wir haben die entspannte Atmosphäre, die schöne Umgebung und das italienische Lebensgefühl sehr genossen. Genau so stellt man sich La Dolce Vita vor: ankommen, wohlfühlen und die Seele baumeln lassen.
Vielen Dank, lieber Jens, für die schöne Zeit! Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Mein bester Spezl und ich machen jedes Jahr eine Weinreise mit Auto und Mountain Bike.
Dieses Jahr waren wir in den schönen und nicht so überlaufenen Marken in der Villa Paradiso bei Jens in der FeWo im 1. Stock. Die Wohnung hat ca. 100qm, 2 Schlafzimmer und 3 Balkone. War also perfekt für uns. Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Jens ist ein sehr netter und cooler Typ und hat viele Tipps bereit. Super war auch, dass Jens für die Gäste das Wasser in Glasflaschen frei zur Verfügung stellt und somit der Plastikmüll vermieden wird. Es war eine perfekte Woche Weinreise in einer perfekten Wohnung. Sehr zu empfehlen !!!
