Holiday destination
Close to the town centre (700m) and yet quietly located at the edge of the nature reserve: holiday home in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. Amenities such as WiFi, TV, terraces and a balcony, swimming pool, garden furniture and views of the ocean and the lake, the Clape mountains and the Pyrenees leave nothing to be desired for up to 10 guests.
The several kilometre-long, beautiful sandy beach has a dog-friendly section at the end of the town and can be reached via an approx. 700m long, idyllic footpath. Shops, restaurants and one of the biggest street markets in Southern France are located at the same distance.
The house borders directly on countless hiking trails with fantastic views and the particular characteristics of the landscape, such as the precipitous Clape rocks, the Oeil Doux or the lagoon area at the ocean.
Getting there
Motorway A9 to exit 37 to Narbonne-Plage.
Car train to Narbonne, then about 15 km toward Narbonne-Plage (the city is very well signposted) or by TGV (French ICE) to Perpignan, then with the bus or train to Narbonne and then bus for 1 EUR/person to Narbonne-Plage.
From there, along the sea into the neighbouring village of St. Pierre-la-Mer. Turn left toward Fleury. On the hill at the last roundabout, take the second exit to the right onto Avenue des Goëlands. Take the road to the end directly at the nature reserve and then take the last turn into Rue des Pétrels. At the first right turn the "Rue des Pétrels 134/Jardins de Jade" residential area starts.
Our house "Mas Bellevue" is located at the very end of the cul-de-sac, to the left of the nature reserve. Our renters receive an exact arrival diagram.

Wir haben Ende September bis Oktober 2 Wochen in diesem sehr gut ausgestattetem Haus mit traumhafter Lage verbracht. Auch das Wetter hat mitgespielt, wir hatten 2 Wochen Sonne. Besonders schön fanden wir den Wintergarten, in dem man abends herrlich sitzen konnte, zum Essen und zum Spielen. Die Poolterrasse haben wir zum Sonnen gerne genutzt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Ausblick ist einfach nur schön. Ab dem Haus kann man schöne Wanderungen unternehmen, besonders mit Hund sehr gut. Wir danken auch ganz herzlich für die vielen Wandertipps, welche wir gleich umgesetzt hatten. Die Kommunikation ist sehr freundlich, per whatsapp einfach praktisch.
Das Haus kann man zum Erholen sehr empfehlen, es liegt total ruhig. Und zum Einkaufen ist man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Vielen Dank

Wir, 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, haben einen schönen Urlaub in St.Pierre verbracht. Das Haus bietet alles für entspannte Ferien. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet; der Wintergarten, den man zu beiden Terrassen öffnen kann, bietet Platz für gemeinsames Essen oder Spielabende. Der Pool bietet angenehme Abkühlung an heissen Sommertagen. 3 Schlafzimmer sind auch mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.Von der Terrasse und Balkon hat man einen wundervollen Blick aufs Meer und die Berge. Direkt hinter dem Haus kann man zu einem kleinen See wandern
Wundervoll!Die Lage des Hauses ist toll; es liegt weg vom Trubel und man ist dennoch in 10min zu Fuss in St.Pierre oder am Strand. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super; vielen Dank liebe Familie Dillenz für viele tolle Tipps und Ihren Support! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
