Cancellation
You can withdraw from the rental contract anytime before the start of the rental period. In this case we will try to rent the holiday home to someone else. A cancellation up to 8 weeks prior to arrival is possible free of charge; the trip price will be reimbursed. The renter has the right to find a substitute lessee that will take over the holiday home to the fullest extent.

up to 7 weeks prior to arrival the cancellation costs amount to 60% of the total rental price.
up to 2 weeks prior to arrival the cancellation costs amount to 70% of the total rental price.
up to 1 week prior to arrival the cancellation costs amount to 90% of the total rental price.
less than 1 week prior to arrival the cancellation costs amount to 90% of the total rental price.
If the guest departs ahead of schedule for whatever reason, he must pay 100% of the accommodation price for the unused nights.

Unser Aufenthalt an der Mosel in dem Ort Andel war trotz des schlechten Wetters sehr angenehm.
Das Ferienhaus war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet.In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man benötigt.Frau Bastian hat uns sehr nett empfangen und alles ausführlich erklärt.Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt .Gerne kommen wir nochmal hin.

Super renoviertes Haus. Einrichtung und Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen.
