If the rental agreement is canceled, the tenant will pay the following compensation:
a. 15% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs more than 3 months before the start of the rental period
b. 50% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs between 1 and 3 months before the start of the rental period
c. 75% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs between 1 month and 1 week before the start of the rental period
d. 100% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs less than 1 week before the start of the rental period

There, you can take a break at the fantastic beach pavilions "Het halve maentje" and "Loods tien" with delicious food and drinks. Getting there
Head towards Antwerp in Belgium, stay on the Antwerp ring road towards Bruges/Ghent, go through the Kennedy Tunnel. After the tunnel, take the first exit towards Bruges/Rotterdam. Follow the N 49 to Kaprijke, then turn right to Breskens and follow the signs.

Bei der Ankunft hat uns ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk für Mensch und Hund begrüßt. Das Haus ist Stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. In der Küche sowie im Wohnzimmer findet man alles was man so benötigt, auch an die Fellnasen ist gedacht. Der Garten mit der überdachten Terrasse ist ein Traum. Die Lage des Hauses ist für uns perfekt gewesen, auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Alles in allem ein absolut tolles Ferienhaus, welches zum wohlfühlen einläd.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche in diesen wunderschönen Haus der Familie Colling. Auch der Service einfach 1a. Der Fernseher war defekt( was man uns sofort mitgeteilt hatte) und dieser wurde am Sonntag sofort ausgetauscht. Auch hat das Haus alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir können es nur total empfehlen. Auch für unsere zwei Hunde war alles da. Wir kommen gerne wieder
