Cancellation policy
The guest is obligated to pay the agreed upon or normal price if they cancel, minus the expenses saved by the host. In the event of cancellation, a flat-rate cancellation fee will be charged. The landlord is expected to act in good faith to find a substitute for an unoccupied holiday apartment, in order to avoid outages.
The amount of the costs incurred is a result of the time of cancellation at the agreed start of the trip. For holiday home or apartment bookings in Germany, jurisdiction considers the following maximum flat rates to be permitted:
For cancellations up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a processing fee of € 60.00 will be charged.
50% of the accommodation price is due upon cancellation from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of the trip. 80% of the accommodation price will be charged from the 34th day before the start of the trip. 90% of the accommodation price is due in the event of no-show or cancellation after the start of the trip.
For cancellations from the 60th day or for rebooking, a processing fee of € 45.00 will be charged.

Holiday destination
Sassnitz, a small idyllic harbor town on the edge of Jasmund National Park, with one of the longest piers in Europe and a historic old town house built in the style of a bath house, will spoil you with the most sun rays of the island. In a few steps you can reach the beautiful promenade and the harbour mile, which spoils you with numerous culinary offerings. The promenade leads to the small picturesque old town and the famous beech forests of Jasmund National Park.
Getting there
Sassnitz can be easily reached by train or car. In addition, you can easily reach the holiday home via Rostock Airport with a subsequent train connection.

Aber: Dennoch gibt es ein paar Kleinigkeiten die man verbessern könnte._x000D_
1. Verdunklungsvorhänge in den Schlafzimmern ? man ist im Sommer ab Sonnenaufgang wach._x000D_
2. Die Sofa-Ecke, leider gar nicht gemütlich. Korbsofa und Sessel laden nicht zum chillen ein. Der Ledersessel sollte definitiv ausgetauscht werden. Der riecht ganz schrecklich._x000D_
3. Auf dem Balkon am Tisch essen, naja. Dieser müsste ausgetauscht oder geschmirgelt und gestrichen werden. Ansonsten hallo spilter._x000D_
4. Im Internet steht, es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Ja die gibt es. Im Keller für alle und man zahlt 3€ (pünktlich unten sein zum Ausräumen, sonst zahlt man noch mal 3€). Ja wenn man es weiß ist es okay und habe ich auch kein Problem mit, aber man sollte dieses auch im Internet schreiben oder aber im Vertrag._x000D_
5. Der Fußboden. Hier sollte dem Reinigungsteam gesagt werden, dass man mal wischen sollte. Anhand der weißen Socken sah man das übel. Die waren tatsächlich am Ende des Tages schwarz von unten. Ja es ist Laminat, aber auch da darf man drüber wischen._x000D_
Ansonsten aber alles super, Küche top ausgestattet mit zwei verschiedenen Kaffemaschinen. Badezimmer waren sauber und die Schlafzimmer auch.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Rügen, I can only recommend to stay at the Bel Etage apartment on the top floor. It was an amazing experience with a stunning view from start to finish._x000D_

The apartment offers what I can imagine is the best view on the island, with close walking distance to everything you need._x000D_

The host was responsive, check-in/out was easy and straightforward, everything was in pristine condition._x000D_
