The house is part of a private owner's complex situated in an idyllic nature park. The park is located within a protected landscape area and is not commercially used. It captivates with its charming position on a hill above Lake Garda, surrounded by ancient trees and offering a magnificent view of a Tuscany-like landscape. Within the complex, there is a pool (operational approximately from 01.05 to 30.09) and a tennis court, both of which are free to use. A caretaker lives permanently on the premises (House 33), who is not responsible for private rentals but can be called upon in emergencies. Two excellent restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. Despite its tranquil setting, the complex is only a 5-minute drive from the town of Garda and the lake, with its diverse leisure and sports activities. The nearest towns, Costermano and Albare, are reachable by car in 3 minutes and offer various shopping options as well as a selection of good restaurants serving local cuisine. The small picturesque lakeside towns, such as Malcesine, Torri de Benaco, Bardolino, Lacise, Limone, and others, are delightful excursion destinations. Regional highlights, such as Venice and Milan, are just a one-and-a-half-hour drive away. Verona, with its architectural features from Roman times (e.g., Arena di Verona), is only about a 30-minute drive away.

Das Haus hat eine traumhafte und ruhige Lage in einem wunderschönen Naturschutzgebiet .
Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist komfortabel , die Terrasse mit ausreichend großem Tisch & zwei Liegen lädt zum Aufenthalt im Freien ein. Die Matratzen waren bequem , ebenso die Ausstattung mit Kissen und Decken . Sehr nett war auch die Aufmerksamkeit zur Begrüßung.
Der frisch renovierte Pool mit vielen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen ist ebenfalls ein großes Plus der Anlage, allerdings muss man Treppen mögen.
Da es bei unserem Aufenthalt im Juni schon sehr heiß war & das Haus auch nachts nicht runterkühlte , wäre der Einbau einer Klimaanlage eine tolle Optimierung für einen noch erholsameren Aufenthalt.
Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

Wir waren nun schon zum 4. Mal im Casa Berenike II und alles war wieder wunderbar.
Das Haus besticht durch seine Hanglage. Im EG zwei Schlafzimmet und Bad.
Über eine feste Treppe gelangt man in die Küche/das Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man benötigt (großer Kühlschrank mit TK-Fach, moderner Herd, Mikrowelle, Toaster etc.)
Von Küche/Wohnzimmer gelangt man auf die hübsch angelegte Terrasse, welche durch Oleander blickgeschützt ist. Neben einem großen Tisch und Stühlen laden auch zwei Sonnenliegen zum Verweilen ein.
Die Parkanlage Murlongo ist wirklich sehr schön. Parkplätze am Eingang des Parkes erlauben das Fahrzeug sicher und gut abzustellen.
