Ich habe gerade Sardiniens neuestes verstecktes Juwel entdeckt, und wow… was für ein Erlebnis. Der Chefkoch ist ein lokales Talent, das Jahre damit verbracht hat, die Welt zu bereisen, und man kann jede Facette dieser Reise im Essen schmecken. Jedes Gericht fühlt sich sowohl tief sardisch als auch erfrischend global an – vertraute Aromen mit unerwarteten Wendungen, die vollkommen harmonieren. Die Zutaten waren unglaublich frisch und lokal bezogen, die Präsentation war wunderschön und jeder Bissen ließ mich wünschen, langsamer zu essen, um es wirklich zu genießen. Man fühlt sich dort unglaublich besonders. Es ist nicht nur ein Abendessen, sondern ein Erlebnis. Man kann vor dem Abendessen einen Cocktail am Pool genießen. Ich denke, ihr Menü ändert sich ständig. — es ist die Art von Mahlzeit, die einem in Erinnerung bleibt. Ich werde zurückkommen!

Was für ein wunderschöner Ort, den wir hier entdeckt haben! Eine erstaunliche Kulisse am Pool, die Kellner sind äußerst freundlich und das Essen ist absolut köstlich. Um das Ganze abzurunden, war der flambierte Cocktail, zubereitet von dem einzigartigen Claudio, ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Wir haben jede Sekunde unseres Besuchs genossen und werden es jedem empfehlen!
