The area allows for all sorts of activities such a bike rides on designated bike lanes, swimming, fishing, boot hire and sun bathing. The Council does issue licences for tourists which allows non-fishers to use the facilities. A perfect opportunity to fulfill a child's dream! Well known golf courses can be reached in about 20 minutes.
Holiday destination
The Blockhouse is located in the middle of the tranquil Mecklenburger Seenplatte. These are a couple of large connected lakes. The house is based in a 650sqm plot with a quiet holiday estate. The beach is a 200m walk from the house and is very suitable for children. A variety of different shops can be found in Malchow (8km) and Waren (20km). A number of restaurants are also based in those towns which offer regional fresh fish of the season. Something this area specializes in.

Die Unterkunft war besonders. Sehr modern und dhochwertig ausgestattet. Leider war die Gegend sehr mückengeplagt. Man konnte kaum draußen sitzen.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Das Klima im Blockhaus ist stets wunderbar; es lässt sich auch an heißen Tagen herrlich schlafen. Die Ausstattung ist modern und hochwertig und bietet viel Platz für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Wir kommen garantiert wieder.
