Cancellation of the contract must be made in writing. The day of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is authoritative. The cancellation costs are: • 20% to 42 days before arrival • 50% to 30 days before arrival • 90% to 14 days before arrival • then 100% of the rental price, if no replacement renter is found. If the renter is more than 14 days late with payment the landlord is authorized to cancel the contract immediately without reasons and to re-rent the property.

Die Unterkunft, insbesondere die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet und ließ kaum Wünsche offen. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass Fahrräder zur Verfügung standen. Das war perfekt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die bereitgestellte Linkliste mit Tipps und Empfehlungen war super hilfreich und hat uns viele schöne Erlebnisse ermöglicht. Die Kombination aus malerischen Weinbergen und dem nahen Meer war einfach traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
