Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy
If the guest decides to withdraw from the contract, the lessors are entitled to compensation. The sum is equivalent to the agreed rental price less any expenses saved. In case it is not possible to rent the apartment for the same period of time and for the same rental rate, the following compensation claims/cancellation fees for apartment and holiday home lettings apply:
Up to 45 days prior to commencement of travel: 10%;
up to 30 days prior to commencement of travel: 30%;
Up to 22 days prior to commencement of travel: 60%
from 21 days prior to commencement of travel: 80%;
in case of a n-show: 100%.

A highlight: the Milseburg Cycle Route (27 km) with its 1,172m long tunnel stretches from Hilders to Fulda-Götzenhof. E-bikes can be rented on-site; Hilders is a great starting point for wonderful day excursions, be it hiking, cycling or car trips.
Getting there
By car:
Via the A7 (coming from Kassel/north, or from Würzburg/south), exit 92 Fulda-Mitte. After taking the exit, follow the B458 towards Hilders for about 28 km / until you reach Batten and the B278. Turn left. You'll reach Hilden after approx. 2 km.
Travelling from the west, take the A66 to the motorway interchange Fulda, where you want to take the A7 towards Kassel, exit 92 Fulda-Mitte. see above.
Travelling from the east, take the A71, exit 25 Bad Neustadt. From there, follow the B279 to Bischofsheim,
where you get on the B278 towards Hilders.
