Holiday destination
Herzberg is a small town in the Southern Harz and is ideally placed as a starting point for activities.
The Harz National Park begins on the edge of the town. The nature and swimming lake is 5 minutes from the house and is very inviting for a swim in the summer and for a walk all year round. The interesting Unicorn Cave is 3 km from the house and a walk in the beech forest is an experience.
The nature playground in Sieber will thrill the little ones. But there is also space to let off steam on the school yard which is really close by.

From Göttingen you can reach these destinations – including by train on the hour –
Berlin - Braunschweig - Herzberg Schloßbahnhof - only 5 minutes away from our house.
