Cancellation policy
Upon booking, we kindly ask you to transfer a deposit of 25% of the rental price as a booking confirmation.
For cancellations up to 28 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, minus the transfer costs.
For cancellations between 28 and 15 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained as compensation.
For cancellations between 15 and 7 days before arrival, 65% of the rental price will be charged.
For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, 75% of the rental price will be charged.
In case of early departure, 100% of the rental price will be charged.

Holiday destination
The village of Villanders, on the sunny side of the southern Eisack Valley, is located above the town of Klausen and stretches from just under 500 meters altitude to over 2500m. As a result, you'll find Mediterranean vineyards as well as high alpine landscapes within a single village. The nearby Villanderer Alm offers plenty of open space for hikers, mountain bikers, and connoisseurs. The second largest high mountain pasture in Europe is accessible by car and is an ideal starting point for numerous tours.
Getting there
Turn off at Klausen towards Villanders and after 5 km go through the village towards Gravetsch.
After about 2.5 km, turn right directly at Gravetsch Castle and then follow the sign "Hausnummer 10".
After 500 meters you are at the farm.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Familie Pupp. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und wunderschön eingerichtet, perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben ein offenes Ohr für alle Fragen. Der Hofhund Charly war das absolute Highlight für unsere Kinder. Die Vilander Alm und Umgebung hat für Groß und Klein einiges zu bieten.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder....

Die Bilder der Wohnung versprechen wirklich nicht zu viel. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet - mit allem, was man zu einem perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon bzw. von der Dachterrasse ....einfach zum genießen. Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse, ein kühles Getränk am am Abend auf dem Balkon - was braucht man mehr.
Zum Empfehlen die nahegelegene Villander Alm für Wanderungen. Nicht so überlaufen wie die Seiser-Alm. Für jeden Wanderer hervorragende Möglichkeiten, mit wunderbaren Ausblicken.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants in der Nähe gut zu erreichen.
Dazu sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieter, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank noch einmal für die Frühstückseier und den leckeren Schinken:-)!!!
Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub bei Familie Pupp.
