Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, the following conditions will be applied:
- If cancellation is made more than 2 months before check-in, the guest will lose 10 % of the amount of the rent.
- Between 6 weeks and 2 months before check-in, the guest will lose 20 % of the amount of the rent.
- With less than 6 weeks before check-in, the guest will lose 100 % of the amount of the rent.
In case of no show , the guest will lose 100 % of the prepayment of the rent.

Eine luxuriöse, große Villa in kurzer Entfernung zum Strand.
4 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, alle klimatisiert.
Ein großer Pool.
Ein großer Parkplatz mit elektrischem Tor.
Ein überdachter Bereich mit einem Gasgrill.
Diese Immobilie ist schön und sehr geräumig.
Wir hatten dort wunderbare 4 Tage.
Im Laufe der Zeit bemerkt man jedoch kleine Dinge, die auffallen oder fehlen.
Zum Beispiel:
Es gibt nur einen Fernseher im Wohnzimmer.
Das WLAN ist nur im Erdgeschoss der Villa nutzbar; es ist im Obergeschoss sehr schwach.
Ein Regal für Duschgel oder Shampoo in den Duschen in jedem Badezimmer wäre großartig gewesen.
Diese sind jedoch alles nur kleine Details, die den Gesamteindruck kaum mindern, weshalb sie 5 Sterne erhält!
