The holiday home is located in the beautiful little village of Rumbach, which offers loads of adventure an experiences in the Palatinate Forest. Fantastic hiking trails that lead past breathtaking overlooks are easily reached without a car.
Beautiful cycling paths make great cycling tours possible.
There is a small country bakery right across the street.
50m away from the house, they are looking forward to your visit at "Im Wirtshaus zum Salztrippler" and are happy to provide you with great food.
The bakery right across the street is sure to give you a lovely breakfast. You can look forward to a delicious dinner in a great restaurant another 30m farther.
The village park is perfect for relaxing.
Getting there
A65 exit Landau(Pfalz)
Then via B10 towards Pirmasens towards Hinterweidenthal.
Then through the town of Dahn to Rumbach.

Wir sind zu fünft angereist und dachten eigentlich, wir hätten 5 Schlafzimmer zu Verfügung... leider war dem nicht so, der Bereich mit weiteren 2 Schlafzimmern wurde , da wir ja nur zu fünft waren einfach abgeschlossen. ( Wir sind 5 Freundinnen). Auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass dies immer so ist , da sich die Zimmer nach der Personenzahl richten..._x000D_
Der Eingngsbereich ist schon ziemlich zugewachsen und eine Hollywoodschaukel aus Paletten ist total marode._x000D_
Das Treppengeländer ist klebrig..._x000D_
Die Fenster ließen sich zum Teil nicht öffnen. Der Herd hat bei Benutzung von 2 Platten keine Leistung mehr. Es gibt nicht sehr viel Besteck...._x000D_
Auf der sonnigen und großen Terrasse gibts noch nicht mal einen Sonnenschirm...An der Außendusche wächst ein großer Busch mit kleinen Pfläumchen die alle herunterfallen und die Wespen in großen Mengen anziehen. Der Pool ist toll, allerdings macht die Leiter einen extrem instabilen Eindruck..._x000D_
Die Möbel sind ziemlich verschlissen die Polsterung der Stühle total durchgesessen._x000D_
Eine Dusche im oberen Badezimmer wäre toll, es gibt nur eine Wanne...das Bad ist aber schön renoviert die Steckdosen aber ziemlich wackelig..._x000D_
Alles in allem waren wir alle ziemlich enttäuscht von dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis...und wir haben schon viel Erfahrung mit Fewos....Schade!!!

Wir haben dieses Haus im September für 8 Personen gemietet. Wie schon mehrmals angemerkt, ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen und müsste mal wieder renoviert werden! In der Küche sind Steckdosen sehr lose sowie im Badezimmer ( gefährlich) . Im obersten Zimmer roch das Leintuch nach Rauch, war nicht angenehm! Und für dieses große Haus ist ein zu kleines Bad im unterem Zimmer, im ersten Stock eine Badewanne mehrzum ansehen, (leider keine Dusche) nicht vorteilhaft!_x000D_
Müsste mal generell etwas gemacht werden.
