Das Haus ist schön und komfortabel. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr schön.
Leider weist das Haus einige Mängel auf. Eine Mikrowelle funktioniert nicht richtig. Ein Kühlschrank ist defekt. Der Verschluss eines anderen Kühlschranks ist unzureichend. Es fehlt ein Sieb. Mehrere Abflüsse sind verstopft. Ein Geschirrspüler sollte überprüft werden.
Das Haus könnte auch etwas sauberer sein; die Reinigung ist oberflächlich. Die Luftdüsen in den Whirlpools sind unhygienisch.
Wie bereits erwähnt, ist das Haus an sich aber sehr schön und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit einem schönen Garten.
