Kein Ferienhaus zur Vermietung im Winter.
Schlecht isoliert, die meisten Fenster sind einfach verglast. Elektrische Heizung, die sehr teuer ist. Es gibt jedoch einen Kamin. Tolle Lage für Sommer und Frühling, wenn es weniger kalt ist.
