Cancellation policy
Cancellation by the Tenant
The tenant may withdraw from the lease agreement before the start of the rental period by submitting a written declaration to the landlord. The relevant point in time is when the landlord receives the notice of withdrawal.
If the tenant withdraws from the lease agreement, they must compensate the landlord for the expenses already incurred and the lost profit as follows:
Cancellation 45 days before the start of the rental period: 20% (but at least 60.00 EUR)
Cancellation 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50%
Thereafter, in case of no-show: 80%
The tenant retains the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or significantly less damage.
Upon withdrawal from the contract, the tenant may name a substitute tenant who is willing to enter into the existing contractual relationship in their place. The landlord may object to the entry of the third party if they appear to be economically or personally unreliable.
If a third party enters into the rental agreement, they and the previous tenant are jointly and severally liable to the landlord for the rent and any additional costs arising from the entry of the third party.
The landlord is obliged in good faith to re-rent an unoccupied property and must offset any savings against the cancellation fees claimed. There is no entitlement to a reduction in the rental price if the rental relationship is terminated early (departure/cancellation) by the tenant.
The tenant is advised to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Our chalet Solo Sueno is simply fantastic in terms of location, with views over the rooftops of La Pared to the sea and the beautiful sunsets guaranteeing wonderful holiday days. It is very quietly situated above La Pared. La Pared is the only seaside resort in the entire Canary Islands! A real treat for the health-conscious!
Getting there
The best way to travel from Germany is by plane, and then book a rental car at the airport. La Pared is located in the south of Fuerteventura, close to the tourist hotspot Costa Calma.

Im Solo Sueno ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, wir haben uns dort von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. In der Küche ist alles reichlich und gut ausgestattet vorhanden, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Draußen auf der Terrasse kann man schön sitzen und die Berge betrachten. Das Highlight dieses Ferienhauses ist definitiv der Essbereich mit dem traumhaften Blick über La Pared bis hin zum Meer!!! Wir haben diese Aussicht sehr genossen. Die Umgebung war schön ruhig. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub im Solo Sueno und wenn wieder Fuerte, dann kommen wir gern wieder in dieses schöne Ferienhaus.

La Pared wie immer mystisch und von der Stille geküßt ...... Im Haus war alles vorhanden. Ein El Dorado für Selbstversorger. Abends im großen, verglasten Teil des Wohnbereichs windgeschützt essen mit weitem Blick über La Pared und Atlantik hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die lieben Gastgeber bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle und dazu noch mit echten Insidertipps. Ja, gerne immer wieder, aber verständlicher Weise leider auch viel ausgebucht.
