Our beautiful new build 4 bedroom pool home is located in the beautiful and sunny south west of Cape Coral. Villa Water Pearl has water view and a wonderful neighbourhood.
Very good access to various shopping, outlets, golf courses, Cape Coral Harbour & Cape Coral Beach (about 10 min.)
Sanibel, Captiva & Ft. Myrers Beach invite you to a day trip on the beach.
In the immediate vicinity of our Villa Water Pearl there are cycle paths, so you have the opportunity to explore the surroundings with the bicycles.
Getting there
The closest airport is Fort Myers and is directly flown from Germany.
The journey time from there to our Villa Palm Tree is only about 40 minutes.
From Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando or Tampa airports, the travel time to our house is between 2 and 3 hours.

Wir haben 2 Wochen unserer Hochzeitsreise in Florida in dieser wunderschönen, großzügigen, überaus sauberen & gepflegten, sowie auch unglaublich gemütlichen Villa verbracht. Es fehlte uns an nichts! Das Haus ist top ausgestattet & ließ bei uns schon ab dem ersten Schritt zur Tür hinein ein Gefühl von 'zuhause' aufkommen. Der gepflegte Pool - eines unserer Highlights!
Die Umgebung des Hauses ist ebenfalls herrlich.
Die deutschspr. Hausverwaltung war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar & sehr nett. So auch Familie Klauser! Von Buchung bis heute ist der Kontakt sehr freundlich, herzlich & absolut unkompliziert. Wir danken herzlichst dafür!
Wenn es uns wieder einmal nach Florida verschlägt, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder!

Familie Klauser waren bereits im Vorfeld verbindliche und nette Ansprechpartner. Und so haben wir uns auch von der ersten Minute an in der Villa Palm Tree absolut wohl gefühlt: Es fehlt im Haus an nichts, es ist top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Pollandschaft und die bequemen Betten sind Highlights. Etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Villa entfernt liegt ein Einkaufszentrum mit mindestens zwei Restaurants, einer Kaffeekette und einem Eisladen, sodass man auch nach einem faulen Tag noch ein Ziel zum Spazieren hat. Die Umgebung des Hauses wirkt gepflegt und sicher. Nach zwei tollen Wochen sind wir absolut erholt nach Hause zurückgekehrt. Sollten wir wieder einen Florida-Urlaub planen, steht die Villa Palm Tree in jedem Fall als "Home Away From Home" ganz oben auf der Wunschliste.
