Our house is located on the small lake "Valmora". It is oriented towards the south, and it has a fantastic view over the lake. Left and right from the pool area there are palm trees hedges,so you are safe from prying eyes. The interior is beautifully decorated and offers a cozy atmosphere. A dream to relax.
Getting there
Most people arrive at Fort Myers Airport. From there it is just 30 min.

Ein schönes Haus in angenehmer Umgebung mit viel Privatsphäre. Die Grundausstattung ist sehr umfangreich und die Terrasse mit Pool ein Traum.

Die Villa besticht durch sein einmaliges Raumgefühl, ist mit Liebe zum Detail durchgestylt und hat einen Charme, der einem nicht mehr loslässt. Die Lage der Villa im Norden von Cape Coral ist für Gäste wie wir, die die Ruhe und Einsamkeit bevorzugen, goldrichtig und lässt die Hektik des europäischen Lebens weit hinter sich. Dafür ist die Pine Island Road in kurzer Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Direkt am See - ohne angrenzende Nachbarhäuser gelegen - mit ganztägiger Sonnenausrichtung bietet der Pool und die Gartenanlage mit Palmen und uneinsehbarer Bepflanzung alles für einen erholsamen und tollen Urlaub. Wir können sowohl Haus wie Vermieter uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ein Ort zum Verlieben und Wiederkommen!
