In the event that the guest withdraws from the rental contract or does not show up for the trip or stay, the landlord has the right to charge a flat-rate cancellation fee, which amounts to a percentage of the agreed upon total price: - up to the 30th day prior to your arrival 25% of the rate - guest card days prior to arrival: 30%. - after that, up to 10 days prior to arrival: 60%. - from 10 days prior to arrival or in case of a no-show: 80% The cancellation fee will be waived only if the landlord is able to let the holiday home to guests on the same terms agreed with you. The landlord recommends that the tenant take out travel insurance, including travel cancellation, specially tailored to holiday home guests.

The Prerow beach is 15 minutes away; the unspoilt west beach is about 5 kilometres away by bike. The forest with its wide walking trails practically begins at the doorstep. The idyllic town with its cafes, restaurants and shops is within walking distance.
Getting there
Arrival by train: take the IC to Ribnitz-Damgarten, from there take bus 210 to Prerow. Various long-distance bus lines also go directly to Prerow, e.g. from Berlin

Großwe Aufenhaltsraum, gewmütlich eingerichtet; helle Räume. In Prerow kann man sehr gut Fahrradfahren (Verleih vor dem Haus) oder selber mitbringen. Der Oktober mit der Beobachtung von Kranichen in ihren Nachtplätzen ist bereits eine Reise wert. Alles passt und wird gut gepflegt.
