Die Wohnung ist ruhig und zentral gelegen in einem Wohnviertel nahe der Skisprungschanze in Partenkirchen und kann gut als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen dienen. Auch Restaurants sind schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. In der Küche sind erste Grunddinge wie Öl, Gewürze, Spülmittel, Spülmaschinentabs vorhanden. Die Terasse eignet sich im Sommer zum ausruhen oder auch draußen frühstücken.
