Cancellation policy

In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

Die Villa war sauber und in neuem Zustand. Sie hatte alles, was man für einen Familienurlaub benötigte: einen Pool, ein Trampolin, Darts und Tischtennis. Ein Supermarkt war in der Nähe. Das kleine Dorf hatte alles, was man brauchte. Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem Grill war großartig. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Super schönes Haus, mit allem, was man braucht... sehr schöner Außenbereich mit einem Pool, Dusche, Außenküche, Grill und zahlreichen Sitz- und Entspannungsmöglichkeiten... alles ist sehr sauber, hell, freundlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Jedes der drei Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche, und im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine zusätzliche Toilette sowie einen kleinen Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine und Bügelmöglichkeiten... alles ist klimatisiert. Die riesige Garage, die problemlos zwei Autos fasst, ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Ein Tischtennistisch, eine Dartscheibe, ein Badmintontisch und ein Trampolin stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind schnell über eine Hintertür erreichbar. Martina, die Dame, die sich um alles kümmert, ist leicht zu erreichen, falls man etwas benötigt oder Fragen hat. Die Stadt Zminj liegt nicht am Meer, sondern zentral in Istrien, aber man kann schnell (20-30 Minuten) in jede Richtung gelangen... wir sind begeistert und würden gerne zurückkommen... eine klare Empfehlung. ���
