The holiday home Casa Paraíso in the Calle Benavente is situated on the edge of the romantic fishing district in the heart of Conil and has 3 modern, newly furnished levels plus a roof terrace with ocean view. You'll be staying in a quiet residential street and yet near the town and beach.
3 cosy bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms with windows, the open-plan kitchen with dining area and the appealing living room with TV corner make up the living area. From the roof terrace you can look across the rooftops of the small fisherman's houses all the way to the beach of Conil and Palmar.
Comfortable amenities such as powerful air conditioning/heating, a flat-screen TV with Sound Bar, sat. TV, an awning and high-quality barbecue are at your disposal.
Close to the beach and town, living among the locals, lots of attractions are within walking distance, picturesque places under blue skies, the vast ocean, a mild climate, delicious food, a pure zest for life, cordial people - that's Conil, colourful and vivacious!
Those who want to see and discover more than Conil with its 15 km-long beaches, quaint tapas bars and cocktail bars, can take a trip to the provincial capital Cadiz (about 40 km), the mountain village Vejer (ca. 15 km), Jerez - the city of sherry and flamenco (about 60 km) or to the modern Sevilla (about 150 km). Gorgeous beaches can be found in Roche, el Palmar, Caños de Meca, Zahara de los Atunes, Bolonia and Tarifa (about 10-45 min. by car).
You can get here by car, the better option if you want to explore the region since you don't have to get a rental car.
The most convenient option to get to Conil is probably by plane and rental car; airports are in Jerez (approx. 60 km), Sevilla (approx. 160 km) or Malaga (approx. 230 km). Malaga Airport is significantly less busy than Jerez and Sevilla, which is often reflected in the airfares.
Usually, a stay in Conil doesn't require a rental car unless one's plans include to explore the area extensively. There are plenty of shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes, and the beach is nearby as well.

Compensation fees in the event the lessee needs to cancel:
Up to 50 days prior to arrival: 25% of the rental price;
up to 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the rental price;
less than 30 days prior to arrival: 75% of the rental price.
Cancellation must be made in writing and is valid on the day the lessor receives the notification.
In case the lessor is able to re-let the accommodation to a substitute lessee, the original lessee only pays a compensation fee of €75.00 . As a basic principle, we want to be fair and reasonable with one another. :)
Flexible check-in/out times as long as there are no advance/subsequent reservations.
The host provides towels and bed linen.
