Cancellation policy

Compensation fees in the event the lessee needs to cancel: Up to 50 days prior to arrival: 25% of the rental price; up to 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the rental price; less than 30 days prior to arrival: 75% of the rental price. Cancellation must be made in writing and is valid on the day the lessor receives the notification. In case the lessor is able to re-let the accommodation to a substitute lessee, the original lessee only pays a compensation fee of €75.00 . As a basic principle, we want to be fair and reasonable with one another. :)

Comments

Flexible check-in/out times as long as there are no advance/subsequent reservations. The host provides towels and bed linen. Feel free to ask us about special prices for stays of 3 weeks or longer during the winter months. We do not rent to young adult groups and party holiday groups. Free parking spaces available nearby, there is no dedicated space. The availability of a paid parking space in the multi-storey car park 200m away can be inquired.

Holiday destination

Those who want to see and discover more than Conil with its 15 km-long beaches, quaint tapas bars and cocktail bars, can take a trip to the provincial capital Cadiz (about 40 km), the mountain village Vejer (ca. 15 km), Jerez - the city of sherry and flamenco (about 60 km) or to the modern Sevilla (about 150 km). Gorgeous beaches can be found in Roche, el Palmar, Caños de Meca, Zahara de los Atunes, Bolonia and Tarifa (about 10-45 min. by car).

Getting there

You can get here by car, the better option if you want to explore the region since you don't have to get a rental car. The most convenient option to get to Conil is probably by plane and rental car; airports are in Jerez (approx. 60 km), Sevilla (approx. 160 km) or Malaga (approx. 230 km). Malaga Airport is significantly less busy than Jerez and Sevilla, which is often reflected in the airfares. Usually, a stay in Conil doesn't require a rental car unless one's plans include to explore the area extensively. There are plenty of shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes, and the beach is nearby as well.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, sowohl mit der Unterkunft als auch mit dem Kontakt zum Besitzer. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Wege zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind kurz. Vom Besitzer haben wir hervorragende Informationen zum Haus und der Umgebung bekommen, sehr vorbildlich. Leider hat das Wetter in der ersten Hälfte nicht mitgespielt und man musste kräftig heizen, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Einzig negativ war das Fehlen eines Wärmestrahlers im Bad.

Wir hatten als Familie wunderschöne Tage in diesem zauberhaften Haus im grandiosen Conil! Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet, man findet ALLES, was man zu einem entspannten und erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt! Das Licht- und Farbkonzept sowie die geschmackvollen Dekorationen verleihen ein höchstes Maß an Wohlbefinden und Harmonie. Die tolle Dachterrasse ist ein Traum und die Betten sind komfortabel und bequem. Zu Fuß kann man die Altstadt, die besten Restaurants, den Strand und alle Geschäfte hervorragend erreichen. Die freundliche Kommunikation und Flexibilität der Eigentümer waren perfekt!! Wir haben uns rundum wohl und zufrieden gefühlt. Allerbeste Empfehlung für diese wunderbare Unterkunft! DANKE!
