Cancellation policy
For cancellation of a confirmed booking, the date on which we receive your written cancellation notice is decisive. Up to 15 days before arrival, a fee of 30% of the total booking price applies. For cancellations 14 to 8 days before arrival, the fee is 50%; 7 to 2 days before arrival, 70%. For cancellations made 1 day before arrival, no-show, or early departure, 100% of the booking price will be charged.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself in case of illness or unforeseen circumstances.

Our opening times in high season ( 1.6 - 15.9 ) are Monday to Saturday from 8:00- 20:00 clock and Sundays from 9:00 - 16:00 clock.
Outside the high season ( to 1.6 and from 15.9 ) are our opening times Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 15:00 clock.
Check-in outside opening times is only possible by prior arrangement.
