Cancellation policy
General booking conditions:
The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room/apartment has been ordered and confirmed or, if a confirmation was not possible due to time constraints, made available.
The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obligates the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration of the contract.
The host is obliged to compensate the guest in case of non-provision of the accommodation or at least to provide an equivalent service.
In case of non-utilization of the contractual services, the guest is obliged to pay the agreed or customary price, minus the expenses saved by the host.
The host is required in good faith to allocate unused accommodation elsewhere if possible in order to avoid losses.
Until the accommodation is otherwise assigned, the guest must pay the amount calculated according to paragraph 4 for the duration of the contract. According to court rulings, a claim by the host of 90% of the agreed rental price for overnight stays in a vacation apartment, of 80% for overnight stays with breakfast, of 70% for overnight stays with half board or 60% for full board is considered correct.
Exclusive place of jurisdiction is the place of residence of the host.

Holiday destination
You can reach all shopping facilities and numerous restaurants on foot in just a few minutes. The picturesque Lake Constance with its wonderful lidos is only about 10 minutes away by car. There are attractive hiking trails on the Gehrenberg or through the idyllic vineyards of Bermatingen right on the doorstep.
Austria is just 30 km away and Switzerland is 15 km away (via the Konstanz ferry).

I. coming from the direction of Meersburg:
+ in the first traffic circle the second exit (direction Bermatingen)
+ at the second traffic circle take the first exit (direction Innenstadt)
+ immediately turn left into Kreuzgasse (at the Neumann bakery)
+ after 400m on the left side
II. coming from Ravensburg:
+ after passing the Esso gas station straight ahead to the 1st traffic circle
+ in the first traffic circle take the first exit (direction Bermatingen)
+ at the second traffic circle take the first exit (direction Innenstadt)
+ immediately turn left into Kreuzgasse (at the Neumann bakery)
+ after 400m on the left side

Die Vermieter waren super hilfsbereit, freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich und zentral fußläufig zum Städtchen gelegen.
Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder versuchen Ferien zu machen. Danke für alles

Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Ins Städtchen war der Weg kurz und alles sehr zentral. Wir machen gerne wieder dort Urlaub.
