This is paradise for food and wine lovers: prsut, sir, riba, capesante, sparuge, boskarin, divljac, pljukanci, tartufi, maslinovo ulje, teran, malvazija, muskat (you will have to come yourself and discover what those words mean).
Holiday destination
At 2 km a small town of Novigrad with beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, bakeries, tennis courts, bike rentals, yacht marina, trip-boats that will take you along the cost.
Within 10 minutes drive turistic centres Porec and Umag with opportunities to visit historical sites, sport events (like ATP tennis tournament in Umag), concerts.
Within 15 minutes drive beautiful localities of Motovun, Buje and Groznjan can be reached-with forests and streams for hiking and hunt, konobas and cellars, hidden chapels, ancient ruins and caves, all linked by more than 500 kilometres of bicycle trails.
Getting there
The house is situated in a small village Velika Stancija (Stanzia Grande) 2 km from town of Novigrad (near Buzinija). Exit Novigrad on motorway Umag-Pula.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden und sehr begeistert von der Villa , dem großen Pool und auch von Kroatien. Wir hatten komfortabele Erholung in Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit von dem Trubel der Touristen. Es ist eine Villa auf dem Land mit Hahn und Hühnern in der Nähe, auch ein paar Hunden und den einheimischen Nachbarn, die auch mal was zu werkeln haben. Die Villa ist eine große Doppelhaushälfte , wobei die abgeschirmte andere Hälfte seltensten von dem Besitzer aufgesucht wird. Lt. Nachbarn 1-3 Wochen im Jahr. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und top in Schuss. Das Wifi ist mit ca.5 Mbit sec. etwas schwach und fällt auch manchmal aus. Satelliten TV ist auch vorhanden. Einen Staubsauger haben wir nicht gefunden. Dann halt der Besen.

Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer kleinen Siedlung, zum Meer sind es mit dem Fahrrad 15 Minuten über einen Feldweg. Das Haus ist ist einen sehr guten Zustand. Alles sehr sauber und neuwertig. Von Grillkohle bis Mückenspray ist alles vorhanden. In diesem Jahr wurde eine neue Außenküche mit Feuerstelle und Gasgrill in Betrieb genommen. In Novigrad ist man mit dem Auto in 3 Minuten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Über SMS bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Der Service der Gastgeber ist auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Hier macht Urlaub Spaß. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!
