Our holiday home with its living space lies in the beautiful end moraine countryside of the Elbtaulaue valley. You can enjoy cycle tours and hikes in any direction.
Either take the children to the beaches of the river Elbe, to Hitzacker to savour an ice cream, or to the vast state forest of Göhrde (75km²) with its many natural landmarks, or simply enjoy the blue sky above a buttercup meadow.
Our "capital" of Hitzacker entices you to take a stroll: in addition to the island town there are historic half-timbered houses and specialist shops, the vineyard with its good panoramic views, the archaeological centre, many entertaining leisure facilities, and much more besides to discover. And our rural district is just bursting with features.....

Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren zur kulturellen Landpartie ins Wendland und wohnen im Haus La Wendla. Wir kamen in sehr glücklichen und in schwierigen Zeiten. Hier fühlten wir uns stetes in den Arm genommen vom Haus und seinen Besitzern. Die freundliche und herzliche Atmosphäre hat uns immer sehr gut getan.

Dieses Haus ist so wundervoll warm, der offene Bereich unten einladend, gemütlich und kommunikativ. Der obere Bereich lässt genügend Raum für Rückzug und Ruhemöglichkeiten. Hier findet jeder seinen Lieblingsplatz! Altes und Neues wurde liebevoll miteinander verbunden. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Augenblick geborgen und umarmt von dieser warmen Atmosphäre. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus nebenan, sind jederzeit ansprechbar und haben tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Qigong-Stunde war perfekt und die Massage sehr wohltuend. Danke!!
