Die Lage, das Haus, der Garten, die Atmosphäre, die Aussicht,, die Nähe zum Strand, das nahe gelegene Örtchen Procchio, in dem man alles findet, was man braucht, die Psrkhelegenheit, Aber am besten gefiel uns die Terrasse und die einladenden Lounge.

Das ist selten: Es war schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist traumhaft, mit Meerblick aus allen rückwärtigen Zimmern. Alles sehr gepflegt die Terrasse großzügig gestaltet mit verschiedenen komfortablen Sitz- und Liegebereichen und viel Platz für die schöne Tafel mit mind. 8 Plätzen für alle Mahlzeiten von Sonnenauf- bis -untergang. Eigener Gartenzugang/Terrassen für die 3 Schlafzimmer im Garten-UG. Der Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine geschmackvolle und wohnliche Einrichtung, schöne Raumaufteilung - und ein eigener Zugang zu einer der schönsten Sandbuchten der Insel Elba. Volle Punktzahl mit Sternchen!!
