Tirrenia The hamlet of Tirrenia is part of the Municipality of Pisa and was born in 1932. It extends along the coast of the Pisan coast, which is made up of three hamlets: Marina di Pisa, Tirrenia and Calambrone. Tirrenia has, especially in the summer period, a good program of cultural activities, shows and sporting initiatives. Nearby you can find a water park and a tourist port, characteristic of the coast. It also has two golf facilities that can be reached in a short time from the residence.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und sieht im Original besser aus als auf den Fotos. Besonders schön ist das Zimmer unterm Dach mit einer großen Dachterrasse und eigenem Bad. Es ist mit sehr leisen Klimageräten in jedem Schlafzimmer, sowie im Wohnzimmer ausgestattet. Über den Fernseher kann man sich in seinen Disney+ oder Netflix Account anmelden. Der Verwalter des Hauses ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und reaktionsschnell. Fußläufig kann man mehrere Restaurants, einen Bäcker, einen kleinen Supermarkt, sowie Cafés erreichen. Sehr praktisch ist der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, da es auf der Straße schwierig sein dürfte einen Parkplatz zu finden. Den angebotenen Strandplatz sollte man dazubuchen, da der direkt daneben liegende freie Strand winzig und gnadenlos überfüllt war.
