Deposit of 45% of the rental price: Upon receipt of the written booking confirmation Final payment: 6 weeks (42 days) before the start of the rental period Cancellation fees: Up to 90 days before the start of the rental: 45% Up to 60 days before the start of the rental: 60% Up to 45 days before the start of the rental: 75% From 45 days before the start of the rental: 90% We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance! A free cancellation is possible due to Corona-related circumstances (e.g., entry/exit restrictions) in the Netherlands or closure of the holiday park with a notice period of 14 days. The tourist tax of 1.60 â‚¬ per person per night will be charged additionally. We explicitly do not rent to youth groups or similar. Unfortunately, due to the now very high energy costs (electricity, water, gas) in the Netherlands, we have to charge an additional weekly flat rate of 100.00 â‚¬.

Thus, nothing stands in the way of a comfortable, peaceful, active, culinary, cultural, and certainly relaxing holiday.

Sehr geschmackvolle Wohnung mit guter Kücheneinrichtung und einem sehr großen Garten. Wir haben uns alle dort sehr Wohl gefühlt und sind von seiner Lage ( 3 Minuten bis zum Strand) begeistert. Können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Tolles Haus mit einem schönen großen Garten. Die Einrichtung vermittelt eine wohnliche Atmosphäre. Die Küche ein Träumchen. Es fehlte an nichts. Selbst die Pfannen sind im gutem Zustand. Findet man nicht so oft. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Matratzen perfekt. Für das Reisebettchen vermissten wir sie allerdings. Die Lage zum Strand genial. Der Bollerwagen leistete uns gute Dienste. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in der einen Woche und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder beziehen.
