Bitte beachten Sie unsere Beschwerde, die wir bei Abreise auf dem entsprechenden Formular hinterlassen haben. Sie ist unter anderem darauf zurückzuführen, dass das Personal in der Residenz nur selten anwesend ist. Hier besteht unserer Meinung nach eindeutig Verbesserungsbedarf.

Auf der Website sieht es so aus, als buche man eine Erdgeschosswohnung mit Terrasse, tatsächlich erhält man aber eine Wohnung im ersten Stock mit nur zwei Dachfenstern (völlig von der Außenwelt abgeschnitten). Mit einem elf Monate alten Baby, das Mittagsschlaf braucht, ist das völlig unpraktisch. Die Wohnung hat nur eine Badewanne, in der man auch duschen muss (man kann aber wegen der schrägen Wände nicht darin stehen). Außerdem ist die WLAN-Verbindung schlecht bis gar nicht vorhanden, und es gibt keine Spülmaschine.

Alles andere als ein erholsamer Urlaub.

Was für ein schöner Aufenthalt! Das Studio war wunderschön renoviert, und der gemütliche Wohnbereich machte es perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Wir haben es genossen, in der gut ausgestatteten Küche zu kochen und nach einem Tag in Durbuy vor dem Flachbildfernseher zu entspannen. Der Außenpool war ein tolles Extra, besonders für die Kinder. Wir empfehlen einen Besuch des nahegelegenen Parc des Topiaires für einen schönen Spaziergang!

Schöner Ort, freundlicher Empfang und komfortabler und gut ausgestatteter Aufenthalt.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm! An der Wohnung gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Es war enttäuschend, dass die Rezeption nichts ausleihen durfte (Fondue / Gourmet / Spiele / Filme / Ping-Pong-Set), obwohl dies im Voraus mitgeteilt wurde. Das Schwimmbad stellte sich auch als geschlossen heraus, es wäre schön gewesen, wenn diese Änderungen in einer der E-Mails gemeldet worden wären. Außerdem haben wir die schönen Radwege in der Umgebung und die netten Dörfer sehr genossen!

Der Park ist ok und hat die richtigen Einrichtungen. Für uns passte sich das Studio an. Wir fanden es drinnen sehr dunkel und es war nervig, nicht im Stehen duschen zu können.

Es ist eine angenehme, ruhige Lage mit schönen Wohnungen.

Mit Baby über Belvilla Agente gebucht. Es scheint kein separates Zimmer zu geben!!!! Alles ist ein großer Raum. Mit anderen Worten, nach 1830 kann man sich wegen des schlafenden Babys kaum noch im Haus bewegen. Außerdem sollte alles dunkel sein. Er war auch ständig wach (weil man ja essen muss etc.). Kurz gesagt, eine sehr ermüdende Situation. Wir fahren auch am Vortag ab. Dies wäre reif für eine vollständige Rückerstattung.

Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern. Es war auch sauber, ordentlich und ordentlich. Alles ist da: viel Geschirr, umfangreicher Panning, genug Besteck, etc. Es gibt zwei Dinge , die wir nicht sehr nützlich fanden: das Bett in der Höhe (unbequem zu machen) und die Dusche unter der schrägen Wand Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. und es gibt viel zu tun. Hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Die Unterkunft ist nicht wirklich sauber und es kommen nachträglich noch Kosten hinzu und das war vorher nicht klar

Die Wohnung ist schön und sieht aus wie die Fotos, obwohl es schon ein bisschen müde. Aber das Bad war alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Eine Dusche in einem Bad ist an sich nicht so schlimm, aber dass Sie nicht darin stehen kann , ist nicht in Ordnung .Außerdem ist es total nervig, dass man sich immer mit dem Kopf gegen die Dachschräge stößt.Er steht in der Beschreibung geschrieben, dass jedes Haus einen Balkon oder sozusagen eine Terrasse hat.Das stimmte leider nicht ganz.Es gab Tische und Stühle, aber wir konnten nicht wirklich draußen sitzen irgendwo „gemütlich“, so ist dies durchaus ein downer.Verder freundliches Personal an der Rezeption war, sowie für mehrere Sprachen.

Sehr schöne, schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft!

Gute Unterkunft, gut ausgestattet und ruhig. Ideal für Ausflüge in die Region und für Spaziergänge.

Schöne Wohnung mit allem weiter und weiter, nur wenige Gehminuten von Durbuy und Barvaux entfernt.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben das Ambiente genossen.
