Das Objekt hat eine phantastische Lage und ist architektonisch bemerkenswert, Leider lässt die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung (Geschirr) der Wohnungen Wünsche offen, Die Zustend der Aussenanlage ist okay,hat aber bereits punktuell Defizite, Die Pflege der Aussenanlage sollte intensiviert werden, Trotzdem: tolle Anlage für einen entspannten Erholungsurlaub in traumhafter Landschaft und in grandioser Lage! Anmerkung: Die Zuwegung ist sehr schmal und steil, Für große Fahrzeuge ( SUV

Der Einstieg ins Wasser könnte verbessert werden, Die Wegbeschreibung enthält noch einen falschen Namen: das Restaurant unten heißt Aquasalata, Cota Quinta ist aber gut ausgeschildert,die Straße aber sehr sehr schmal, Es empfiehlt sich ein kleiner vorallem schmaler Mietwagen!
