Wir buchen seit Jahrzehnten Ferienhäuser, aber eine derartige Bruchbude war ein völliges Novum. Eingangstür morsch und nur mit viel Geduld zu öffnen. Wannendusche hätte vor mindestens 30 Jahren getauscht werden müssen da sie komplett vergammelt war. Im 2. Bad gab es kein Kaltwasser am Waschbecken. Eingang zur Dusche am Pool war nur ca. 175 cm hoch - das führte mehrmals zu Kopfschmerzen. Das einzige neuere Teil in der Küche war der Kühlschrank und der war nur eingeschränkt nutzbar da alle Türfächer (Flaschen, Kleinteile usw.) ausgebaut waren. Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren 10 cm kürzer als die Bettgestelle. Haus schwer zu finden da der Besitzer offensichtlich zu geizig war, die richtige Hausnummer anzubringen (statt 4c gab es nur eine 67). Es gab keinerlei Gästeinfo (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Apotheken, Tankstellen einfach nichts). Verkehrslärm Nachts unerträglich wenn ein Fenster geöffnet wurde, das war aber notwendig da es in den Schlafräumen keine Klimaanlage gab. Dies war nur ein Auszug der Mängelliste. Alle Behauptungen können durch Fotos bewiesen werden. Nie wieder dieses Haus und nie wieder eine Buchung mit belvilla.

Niemand empfing uns, das Besteck war nicht sauber, der Küchenbereich war nicht sauber, aber Herr Ricardo kümmerte sich um den Pool und andere Dinge, vielen Dank an ihn.
