Das Haus ist ausgezeichnet, bis auf das vordere Schlafzimmer (Hauptschlafzimmer). Wir waren vom 19. Dezember 2025 bis zum 2. Januar 2026 dort, und es war in dieser Zeit kalt und windig. Das machte sich auch im Schlafzimmer bemerkbar; die Kälte streifte ständig den Kopf, und der Raum wurde trotz der (zu schwachen) Heizung nicht richtig warm. Im Sommer ist das kein Problem, aber im Winter ist es in diesem Zimmer einfach zu kalt. Der Park selbst ist fantastisch, und von diesem Haus aus kann man wunderbare Ausflüge nach Maastricht, Valkenburg und in verschiedene deutsche Städte unternehmen.

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, dem sei diese Gegend wärmstens empfohlen. Es gibt nicht zu viele Häuser und es ist herrlich friedlich. Der Park ist gepflegt und die Häuser sind in Ordnung.
