Wir hatten vor Anreise wie gefordert alle Angaben zum Check-In über die Roompot-App ausgefüllt, u.a. dass wir nach 20 Uhr anreisen. Bei der Ankunft war entgegen der App kein digitaler Key am Haus möglich, sondern nur ein physischer. Die Rezeption war allerdings ab 17 Uhr geschlossen und es gab keine Nummer, unter der man jemanden erreichen konnte. Uns wurde auch kein Schüssel irgendwo hinterlegt oder ein Code für einen Schlüsselkasten. Insgesamt haben wir ca. 3 1/2 Stunden bei Kälte gewartet, bis uns von einer Zentrale ein Security geschickt wurde, der hinter der Rezeption den Schlüssel aus einem Safe holte. Wir waren um 1:30 nachts endlich im Haus. Das Haus war leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gründlich sauber. Es ist zweckmäÃ_x009f_ig eingerichtet. Unter dem Bett mussten wir erst noch saugen, so viel Dreck und Staub lagen dort. Die Fugen in der Dusche waren voller Schimmel. Keines der Bäder hat ein Fenster. Die ersten zwei Tage war das Haus eiskalt, erst ab dem dritten Tag wurde es langsam wärmer, wobei die FuÃ_x009f_bodenheizung in nur einem Zimmer im EG richtig funktionierte, weshalb wir die Zimmertüren immer alle offen lieÃ_x009f_en um die Wärme zu verteilen.
Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, ebenso der Security, deshalb gibt es keine â_x0080__x009e_sehr schlechteâ_x0080__x009c_ Bewertung. Ansonsten würde ich nicht wieder beim Roompot buchen. Wir sind leider etwas enttäuscht.
