Leider war das Cottage bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber. Im Schrank lagen noch Brotreste von vorherigen Gästen, wir fanden eine Herrenboxershorts in unserem Bett, es war überall staubig, Spinnweben hingen überall im Cottage, und die Toilette war regelrecht verdreckt. Nach drei Tagen mit Hitze und schwülen Nächten stellten wir fest, dass die Klimaanlage nur warme Luft blies. Ein hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter kümmerte sich darum und gab uns die Fernbedienung. Nach einem Ausflug und dem Abendessen am fünften Urlaubstag kamen wir zum Cottage zurück und konnten nicht hinein. Das Zahlenschloss funktionierte nicht, und auch die Schlüsselkarte gewährte keinen Zugang. Ein Mitarbeiter kam und gab uns einen Schlüssel, damit wir das Cottage abschlieÃ_x009f_en konnten. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, die sich all unsere Beschwerden anhörten, waren in diesem Moment alles andere als kundenfreundlich. Leider war es dieses Jahr eine schlechte Erfahrung. Ich bezweifle, ob ich diesen Park jemals wieder besuchen werde. Die Mitarbeiter im Shop und im Service waren hingegen sehr freundlich.
