Das Haus war gut und komfortabel. Die Parkanlagen waren etwas enttäuschend; das Restaurant stand Parkgästen nicht zur Verfügung und es gab kaum andere Einrichtungen.

Wir haben da gebucht weil es eine Pool geben sollte, bei der Anreise haben wir erst erfahren das es keinen Pool gibt.
Dann wurde das Haus nicht richtig warm ob wohl man wusste das ein klein Kind mit reist, die Schlafzimmer waren viel zu klein. Ich denke mal das nicht mehr als 4 Personen in das Haus sollten wenn man platz haben möchte. Dann gäbe es schaden im Haus die es wohl schon länger gibt, Kaputte Zimmertür, Heizung im Bad mit Klebeband geflickt schon sehr seltsam. Für den Kinderstuhl extra Geld zu verlangen ist schon sehr komisch, denke das gehört zum guten Standart dazu. Aus diesem Grude sind wir alle 6 Personen viel früher abgereist als es geplant war . Wegen den Fehlern habe ich auch schon eine Reiseminderung beantrag nach der Frankfurther Tabelle , eine Frist bis zum 15.01.2026 gesetzt , ansonsten werde ich weiter schritte einleiten. Dieses Haus war eine Zumutung für 6 Personen plus einem klein Kind.
Also wir werden dort auf keinem Fall mehr buchen, den so schlechte Erfahrung haben wir in Holland noch nie gemacht. Der Pool war so was von wichtig und es wurde mir schriftlich bestätigt, da mein kleiner Enkelsohn eine kleine Wasserratte ist.
Ich hoffe mal das Sie mich da verstehen und das wir uns so einigen werden.
