Cancellation policy
Cancellation
Cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or email). The following rules apply:
For cancellations up to 42 days before the day of arrival, 25% of the rental sum will be charged.
For cancellations from 42 days to 28 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the rental sum will be charged.
For cancellations from 28 days to 7 days before the day of arrival, 75% of the rental sum will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days up to the day of arrival, 100% of the rental sum plus final cleaning costs are due.
If you have not arrived within 24 hours of the agreed date without further notice, this will be considered a cancellation and 100% of the rental sum will be due.
In the event of cancellation on our part, any monies already paid will be refunded.
In the event of cancellation by the tenant, amounts paid as final cleaning and deposit will be refunded in accordance with the above-mentioned conditions.

Getting there
If you are coming from the direction of Arnhem / Zwolle, take the Ruinen exit at Meppel via the N 375. After a short, scenic route, you will arrive at De Luxerij.
If you are coming from the direction of Emmen, leave the motorway at Hoogeveen. Take the N375 towards Ruinen and then to De Luxerij.
