Cancellation policy

To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the total price. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. The remaining balance of 70% must be paid upon arrival, and in the case of an early departure, unused vacation days cannot be refunded. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
