Cancellation policy
If the tenant wishes to cancel the rental agreement for any reason, the cancellation must be submitted to the landlord in writing. In this case, a flat-rate cancellation fee will be charged according to the following schedule:
Cancellation less than seven days before the start of the rental period:
A cancellation fee of 100% of the rental price (excluding additional costs) will be charged.
Cancellation within one month before the start of the rental period:
A cancellation fee of 75% of the rental price (excluding additional costs) will be charged.
Cancellation between one and three months before the start of the rental period:
The deposit will be retained.

Our holiday home is located in Breskens, Zeeland, just a few minutes from the wide North Sea beach. It is perfect for beach holidays, long walks along the shore, and relaxing days by the sea.
The surrounding area is ideal for cycling and hiking tours along the dunes and dikes, as well as through the typical Zeeland polder landscape. Bicycles can be rented locally.
The harbor of Breskens offers a wonderful maritime atmosphere with restaurants, cafés, and fresh fish. Attractions such as the Fisheries Museum, the lighthouse, and the Waterdunen nature reserve provide plenty of variety.
Vlissingen (accessible by ferry), Sluis, the Belgian coast, as well as Bruges and Ghent are all ideal destinations for day trips.
