Cancellation policy
In the event of a rental withdrawal from the agreed rental contract, the following cancellation fees must be paid by the tenant - unless otherwise stated in the rental agreement:
• from the start of the binding rental agreement up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the net rental price
• from 30 days before arrival: 95% of the net rental price
• "No Show" or rental termination during the agreed rental period: 100% of the net rental price

Lezzeno is a small community on the western shore of Lake Como, nestled between the towns of Nesso and Bellagio.
Spanning nearly 7 km along the lake, it provides access to the water; a feature that makes this area particularly attractive. Surrounded by the surrounding mountains, some of which rise steeply, this part of the Lario (the local name for Lake Como) feels almost like a Norwegian fjord landscape.
Here lies the only island of the lake, the historic Isola Comacina. Sports enthusiasts will find a paradise here, as Lezzeno offers public beaches, well-maintained hiking trails by the lake and in the lush mountain landscape, a public swimming pool, and a passenger ferry.
