Frisch renoviertes Haus mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz und direktem Eingang ins Haus. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Schöner Garten mit Blick auf Luino und den Lago Maggiore.
Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Wunderschönes Haus! Geräumig, neue Möbel, überdachte Garage, schöner Garten mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten, Blick auf den Lago Maggiore, Supermärkte in der Nähe, neue Einrichtung, bequeme Betten, 2 Badezimmer, Klimaanlage. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit.
Nachteile: steile Zufahrt (zum Supermarkt kann man nicht laufen), enge Einfahrt in die Garage, Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche nicht angeschlossen (obwohl sie vorhanden ist, offenbar aus rein ästhetischen Gründen), der neue Kühlschrank kann die Wärme nicht ableiten, wodurch die Rückwand im Inneren gefriert und nicht richtig kühlt, und die Klimaanlage ist laut, was besonders nachts stört.
Aber trotz der Nachteile: sehr empfehlenswert!
