Ruhige Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht und in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Freizeitangeboten.
Das Haus war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und hatte einen schönen, groÃ_x009f_en Garten.
Auch unsere Hunde haben sich hier sehr wohlgefühlt.

Auf dem Dachboden befinden sich Ratten/Mäuse; nachts hört man sie huschen. Dies hat keine negativen Auswirkungen. Das Ferienhaus soll hinsichtlich der Isolierung (FuÃ_x009f_bodenisolierung) etwas verbessert werden. Ansonsten ist die Küche in Ordnung, und Dusche/WC funktionieren einwandfrei. Ich habe gerade neue Pflanzen bekommen; das Unkrautvlies ist noch mit Granulat behaftet. Was die Wohnzimmerbeleuchtung betrifft, wären etwas hellere LED-Lampen besser; bitte beachten Sie die Erdungskabel, die derzeit herausragen (NEN 3150). Es fehlt ein Willkommenspaket: eine Spülbürste, Reinigungstücher, Spülmittel, ein Spülmaschinentab und Kaffee/Tee für die erste Tasse.
