Casa Max liegt in einem kleinen Dorf auf einem Hügel, etwa 12 km südlich von Lucca. Das Haus verfügt über 4 Etagen, von denen die oberen 3 dem Mieter zur Verfügung stehen. Wir wurden vom Eigentümer und seiner Frau sehr gastfreundlich empfangen. Nur Italienisch Aber ich habe eine Schwiegertochter, die Englisch spricht oder SMS schreibt, und Google Translate hilft auch. Alles war perfekt sauber. Die Betten sind gut. Alle Fenster sind mit Moskitonetzen ausgestattet. In der obersten Etage kann es heiß werden, aber das Haus verfügt über eine Klimaanlage. Vom Balkon neben der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer haben Sie einen schönen Blick über das Tal und die Hügel. Wenn Sie in den Garten mit (kleinem) Schwimmbad gehen möchten, müssen Sie durch die Eingangstür ein Stück über die Straße gehen und dann die Treppe hinunter zum Garten und zum Parkplatz. Es gibt ein automatisches, ferngesteuertes Tor, das den Garten und den Parkplatz abschließt. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. Nur die tatsächliche WLAN-Geschwindigkeit ist viel niedriger als angegeben. Der Fernseher verfügt über viele italienische Kanäle und der angeschlossene Satellitenreceiver zeigt auch Hunderte von Kanälen, hauptsächlich jedoch asiatische, russische usw. Die berühmten toskanischen Städte Pisa, Lucca und Florenz liegen alle (ziemlich) in der Nähe. Die Mietdauer läuft von Samstag bis Samstag. Am Samstag zu fahren bedeutet auch in der Vorsaison stundenlanges Warten vor dem Gotthardtunnel. Wenn der Gotthardpass geöffnet ist, kann man ihn viel besser nutzen. Netto 40 Minuten länger. Schöne Strecke.
