Cancellation policy
The tenant can withdraw from the lease in writing. If the tenant does not name a substitute tenant, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-letting is not possible.
Withdrawal:
- up to 95 days before the start of the rental = 35% of the rental price
- up to 45 days before the start of the rental = 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the start of the rental = 75% of the rental price
otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental) = 100% of the rental price.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus und wieder sehr zufrieden. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Dieses Mal waren sogar die Betten bezogen. Wie im Hotel !!! Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.
