A cancellation fee of only 50€ for processing will be charged. Any deposit made will be refunded, with the 50€ being retained.

The villa is located in a cul-de-sac, in a quiet area with a fantastic view of Lake Garda and the Montebaldo mountain range.
The town of Bassanega is 2.5 km away from Limone. The nearest beach is in Limone with surfing and sailing schools, pedal boats, and motorboat rentals.
Hiking, tennis, biking, canyoning, kitesurfing, and other sports are possible in Tremosine.
Getting there
Take the A22 Brenner-Modena motorway. Exit at Trento Nord or Rovereto Sud, towards Riva del Garda.
From there, head in the direction of Limone sul Garda/Salò (10 km). In Limone, on the main road, turn right towards the Tremosine ramp, after 2.5 km you will reach the town of Bassanega.

Uns gefielen besonders die ruhige Lage, die tolle Aussicht, der schöne Pool und der freundliche Kontakt zur Vermieterin und ihren Eltern. Das Haus war in Ordnung, die Ausstattung entsprach aber nicht ganz dem Preis.
Aufgefallen sind uns:
* WC-Defekt wurde schnell repariert
* Ventilator in der heißen Galerie defekt
* einige Fliegengitter beschädigt
* Fernseher u. Radio nicht angeschlossen
* Pool nur zu Beginn gereinigt
Bis auf den WC-Defekt wurden die übrigen Punkte während unseres Aufenthalts nicht behoben. Wegen einer belastenden familiären Situation bei der Vermieterin haben wir sie aus Rücksicht nicht weiter angesprochen.
Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und empfehlen das Haus grundsätzlich. Zum aktuellen Preis würden wir es nicht erneut buchen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre ausführliche und insgesamt faire Bewertung. Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie die ruhige Lage, die Aussicht, den Pool und den persönlichen Kontakt mit uns geschätzt haben.
Wir bedauern, dass einige Punkte während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen haben, und nehmen Ihre Hinweise selbstverständlich ernst.
Leider befanden wir uns zu dieser Zeit aufgrund der schweren gesundheitlichen Situation unseres Vaters, der nach drei Monaten Krankenhausaufenthalt gerade nach Hause zurückgekehrt war, in einer außergewöhnlich belastenden familiären Situation. Umso mehr danken wir Ihnen für Ihr Verständnis und Ihre Rücksichtnahme.
Wir freuen uns, dass Sie trotz allem einen schönen Urlaub hatten und unser Haus grundsätzlich weiterempfehlen. Ihre Anmerkungen nehmen wir uns zu Herzen.

Vielen herzlichen Dank, auch , dass Sie uns auf die Probleme im Haus aufmerksam gemacht haben. Ihre Hinweise waren für uns wirklich sehr wertvoll und haben uns dabei geholfen, die Dinge zu beheben und alles wieder in Ordnung zu bringen.
